Healing takes time and we cannot give you an exact deadline. But if you put the effort in and are consistent with your anti-inflammatory protocol, you will eventually see progress. I recommend to continue this program for 4 - 12 weeks, depending on your symptoms and how you are feeling. This program is not a cure all and is intended to create a foundation for an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. 

This is what we want you to experience! Try to begin this program with the end in mind. An elimination protocol is a way to remove the "splinters" that may be hindering you from healing. This is where you find out SO much about yourself and what your body can tolerate -at this time. We will build upon your mind-body connection during this process. The elimination phase is going to look different for each person as well as the reintroduction phase. You may be surprised that a food you ate everyday is not responding well in your body anymore. I see patients experience this all of the time.  Don't worry, this doesn't mean that you will never be able to eat that food ever again, your body just needs more time to heal. I even find some people enjoy their new anti-inflammatory plan and stick with it. Reintroduction is not included in the 21-days, yet I have added a bonus explaining how to properly do your anti-inflammatory reintroduction phase. We want to have diverse plate and reintroduction is a healthy way to identify what foods help you thrive and which foods don't.
